Still payoneer bank account works with US paypal account?
 
Hello, I have short question. Still Payoneer works with US paypal accounts? It is still possible to add payoneer bank account and withdraw money to it?

I guess because it was abused like most of the "workaround solutions" that used to be working and now not anymore.

There is no solution to start using payoneer again
why paypal do like that where they are also earning from us

Any Alternative for Payoneer.
I need US bank for US paypal withdrawal.
My funds are in a limited PP account, but where released after 180 days.
But i can't send money or receive money or buy something. I only can withdraw.
I need a US bank account to do that, but i don't life in the STATES.

Who can help me or give advice?

I guess you can try local exchangers that can take paypal cash and send you money in your bank

What do you mean local exchangers that can take PayPal cash?
How can i get the money out of the bank account?
I ONLY can withdraw with USA bank account.
I can not send money to other PP accounts.

Can you please tell me how these exchangers work?
