Fully verified pp account
 

Can someone please explain to me why my account is fully verified but when I go to add money from my bank account it wont let me?

THEN

When I call paypal they say there system is down and wont let me add money from my bank account?

Are they stopping me from doing this because my pp is like a week old? Is there some sort of time I have to wait till I can add money to my account even tho all docs and ssn was givin? Thanks peeps

it was funny cuz when I said I was adding the money to paypal to buy something from ebay the paypal rep INSISTED they would not get off the phone till I made a purchase on ebay (since I had a vanilla added)..luckily for me I used a vanilla instead of a VCC for that account..so I could make the purchase..I just found it very odd how the rep was so pushy to get me to make a purchase.

There's no definitive time. It maybe a week, it may be 3 weeks.
Maybe the rep wanted to be sure you're not trying to do something 'fishy'; in which case it would've been a great opportunity for him to ban you. :mod:
