Ive had my first stealth for almost 2 months now. I used my cousin's address (I know it wasn't smart) and he has been selling on ebay for a year and his paypal account got permanently limited. It's been limited for almost 2 weeks. The only thing I share with him is the address. Is my account 100% done? It's a really big bummer if it is because the account has been running great and I already had around 30 transactions. Should I tell him to change his address on his limited paypal?

Let me see if I got this straight:
1. You made an account with an address that already had an account associated with it
2. Your cousin's PayPal Account got burned
3. Your now wondering if your accounts are safe
4. You want your cousin to change his address on his Limited PayPal?

Holly crap...lol, where to begin.
1. Your Account has a 50/50 chance of making it, considering an account with the same address got limited.
2. Perhaps it would be best you change your address on your PayPal considering yours is still ok.
3. Stop making accounts with family and friends which includes their address

I was thinking this but wouldn't that spark a huge red flag and they'll ask for id? Thats what I'm scared of

Not necessarily. Maybe you moved or etc.
Having a PP with same address that other PP was burned is not a good long-term option.

Ok so when I change my address do I also have to register a new credit card because of the address verification? And if so can I just update the zipcode on the same card I already have on PayPal on onevanilla.com?

A long time ago one of my PayPal accounts got permantly suspended.

I created a stealth account and at the time I wasn't as knowledgeable as what I am now.

Around 8 months later I decided to buy something off eBay, and by doing this I changed my address on my stealth PayPal account to the address I live at.

That address was the same address on my permantly suspended PayPal account. literally a few days later my stealth account was linked and I wasn't allowed to use it again.

Your be very lucky to keep that account in my opinion.
