Best option to verify and confirm German stealth PayPal acc
 

Hey Guys
I'm gonna make GERMAN PP stealth account
The question is about VCC to be used for PP verification - should I use VCC issued only from German bank?
According to PayPal policy, card issuer should be from same country.
And I have found that it's easy to find which country and which bank does the card belong (by BIN or IIN - first 6 digits of the card number)

If not follow this rule, I guess PP will limit the account after notice that.

Welcome to the forum.

No it is not necessary to use VCC from a German bank. There are VCCs issued from other countries that will work.
Check the marketplace you will find sellers providing VCCs for EU but even VCCs from other countries might work but has to be tested.

The problem for you will be on how withdraw your money stuck in a German PayPal and I guess you are already aware of the fact that you could not use a Russian IP to login eBay or PayPal, right?

Regarding IP : thanks for notice, I will use VPN .
And regarding withdraw to bank acc using Payoneer EU Payment service, what do you think about that?
As per bank acc, should it be in same country as PP account?

On German PayPal you can withdraw using local bak or US bank.

Payoneer could be an option but check with someone who has a German account in here if it is accepted by PayPal. In most coutry it is blacklisted... can't be used.
