Go and open account with entropay
then you will get several vcc
here you got vcc plus you have to pay high fees also

I tried to use entropay card but PP dont allow to link it to my acc
PP show message "this card is not allowed. Please try another card"

Have you tried contacting forum sellers?
Maybe some would be willing to load the card additionally? :)

I am trying to do this. I have 1 suplier from this forum but from last friday his cards don not work with usa pp. I also tried card from my bank and entropay card. All times I got this message

Have you tried going into the classic mode and then adding it as a prepaid?
