Question about PP acc and eb checkout.

I have unverified PP account with decent balance.
The balance is in Euro. I'm trying to purchase something via ebay checkout in USD.
I am getting a message, that i have to add a credit card in order to make the payment.
Is the cross-currency payment causing the problem or i have to attach a VCC to my acc ?

yes you need one payment method on your account, even if you do have a balance.
