Limited PayPal issue - Help needed

HERE ARE MY CURRENT LIMITATIONS:

Provide business information
Provide proof of delivery
Provide Invoices
Supplier Contact Info

I have $200 blocked in the account, what can I do?

Do you have any of those?

You should be able to get invoices and supplier contact info from your supplier
Proof of delivery from the postal service
