EIN Question

So I already obtained an EIN for my 1st stealth account to keep in handy when paypal asks for it but I was scrolling through the forum about EINs and became a little confused. I already have an EIN from irs.gov so now I have to register an LLC? If so how do I do that? And also if I input my EIN to paypal would it fail because I haven't registered an LLC yet? I'm really confused.
