How can I withdraw stealth limited paypal account to bank account?

I received this message from PayPal:

We have determined that we are able to release money from your held balance. It is important to note that PayPal will not transfer or send your funds to another PayPal Account. Any funds available in your balance can only be accessed in one of the following ways:

- Withdrawn to a bank account in your name

If you do not have a bank account on file, you will need to add a bank account in order to withdraw funds. The bank account will need to be in your name.

Here's how to add a bank account to your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My money.
4. If you do not have a bank linked to your PayPal account, click Add my bank beside Bank accounts. If you are adding an additional bank, click Update beside "Bank accounts," and then click Add Bank.
5. Select the account type, enter the Routing and Account numbers, and then click Continue.
6. Review your information and click Add Bank Account

How can I withdraw when they ask for bank account under the stealth paypal account I created?

Welcome to the forum ily.

You should be able to withdraw to bank account no problem. PayPal will not see the name associated to that bank account.

Is this a US PayPal? You shall find a Bank which can accept withdrawals in mismatched names... the forum will help.

You shall chose the right bank who would let you do it.

I don't have bank account :( Just UnionBank debit card

Might create an EastWest savings bank account tho :)
