need help paypal won't let me pay anything
 

Hi, umm i opened a new ebay acct & sold items. i went to paypal & it said i had to be verified b4 i can send $. that i reached my spending limit. so, i don't have a banking acct & made 1 up. now i'm screwed, what can i do?...i just want to buy items from ebay ith the $ anyways. thanks 4 any help in advance.

add a bank account or wait the 30 days

How did you reach your spending limit? It's I think $2000 per credit card. You can also increase it by adding another card.

What he is saying is that if you open a new PP account, you add a credit card, but you dont add a bank account, you cannot send money, or use your money to pay for stuff you bought on ebay.

I had the same problem...and frankly I dont know how to solve it, unless you add a bank account and get verified.
Is there a way to "use" the money in your new PP account without getting verified?

...and yes, PP will send you a message saying you reached your quota, even if you never sent any money. They cant just tell you "You are not authorized to use YOUR money cause we dont have your bank account on file"...freaking PP!

added a visa gift card & was able to use it. thanks for that advice. now i need to be verified to accept more $, but don't have a bank acct. should i use another paypal acct that i have?...it's also not verified, but has $500 spending limit versus my $347 limit now. my ebay is going to end tmw and expecting $600 & $350 today, but i don't know what's going to happen?...any advice?
i don't want to tell the buyer to pay me to another paypal acct., it looks suspicious since i only have 1 feedback

Add a bank account, get paypal verified, reduce the problems that you might then have with paypal to sell. If you read the forum more carefully you will find that is the recommendation. If you want to play ebay games, be their master not let them master you.
