PayPal Lock Out

My PayPal got locked out because I logged in from a public place. They want docs. Give it to them?

Anyone experienced this before? What happens when I give them the docs? Limited?

Yes, just send them your info. Its good to also tell them by calling that you were not aware that you cannot use your acc from a public place.

If you don't give them docs, nothing good will happen. Looks like you will need to send the docs.

It is hard to predict if 100% the account will be reinstated but right now, you have the choice to send docs or walk away from the acct.

Never login with the public free wifi from here on
