how much should i withdraw to my bank
 

i will be receiving a payment for $650 and i wanted to withdraw $300 or more is that too much to withdraw as i dont want to get limited by paypal my account is about a couple months old and this is my first payment where im receiving more than what i sold before

You are fine to withdraw that amount as long as you know you won't be chargebacked..

Wait 24-48hrs before withdrawing specially when your account is new.

I would definitely wait a day or two after the received payment and only then withdraw.
$300 is good as long as it's not everything you have in your balance.

It also greatly depends on your history (or lack thereof) for withdrawals. If you do not normally withdraw an amount that large then you'll want to ease into things before jumping to $300 at once.

When it comes to withdrawals on my stealths, I like to keep a pattern and stick to it no matter what. I always wait a minimum of three days before withdrawing, I withdraw a similar amount every time, I never go over a certain threshold, and I leave at least 15% of the account balance untouched.

I do the exact same thing, If there's $1000 ill only withdraw $800

I personally would advise against withdrawing until the transaction is complete and buyer is happy. Especially for a stealth account with mismatched names. Any kind of charge-back or situation were you are forced to refund could kill the PayPal account if they try recover funds from the account it will be permanently limited once the mismatch name is seen.
