Can Paypal see the checking account that is attached to a debit card ?

Lets say you have used a debit card to pay Ebay fees before (just a one time payment).

Can I still use the checking account on a new stealth ? The account have never been used before, but the debit card was used to pay one time Ebay fees.

Yeah you can still use it.

They don't have any way of knowing what bank account a debit card is associated with. Debit card numbers are assigned to bank accounts by banks.

eBay and Paypal wont be able to see the checking account that a debit card is linked to

Your fine so long as that checking account has never been used with eBay or PayPal :)

Thanks guys, I just wanted to make sure.

Yes the bank account have never been used with Ebay/Paypal before, it's a TD checking, but still deciding if I should use this one, or maybe open a checking account with one of the local credit unions.
