Do some research - there are several threads discussing this topic.
If the account in question is rather new that's the issue right there. Lack of trust on paypal's part in your account. Youll have to wait and try again a few day later with a smaller amount.

So does it always 100% eventually go away?


and also, say I tried sending on the 3/24/16, then i tried again on 3/26/16 does that reset the time again and i have to try in a few more days from the 24th or the 26th? :dance::dance::dance:

It happens when you have a new paypal or you want to move money too fast.

this happens when you try sending money when you have only just recently received it,
It usually goes away after 72 hours.

Are you sending gift payments?

There's not much you can do if the account is only a few days old and unverified...
PayPal just doesn't trust you. So you'll have to wait...

P.S. what amount are you trying to send?

You don't have enough cookies or it's hard for pp to trust you. When you are stopped just log out and don't try again until 4-7 days but make sure you have different activity going on not just sending money

Consider what SilentHill said. And if it doesn't make a big difference for you -- try sending $90.

I had a situation when PP didn't let me send 110, 100, but when I entered 90 -- it went through (just my experience though)...

I have only encountered this once.

The vcc on file had expired. I added a new one and it worked after that.

Then perhaps one should "get" that luxury instead of trying to send their money out to other accounts, then panicking when they cant.

Not to hijack the thread but I'm having the same issue. Would buying an aged stealth account fix the issue with sending money?

if you can't withdraw to a US bank, then I suggest you add some activity in your account.

Even people with real accounts get this message. Is just PayPal being extra careful.

If you're using your account for Buying, chances are you are an honest customer with a real account. PayPal is a multi-billionaire company, it can detect unusual activity and block p2p money transfers.

I have been discussing this, I personally think they can get in trouble for intentionally. Too many complaints online, a Google search would tell you that this security block in my opinion will go away or eventually people will get tired of complaining online and take it to the bureaus.

In that case it could be something wrong with the receivers account. Try sending to a made up email, but don't confirm

Just leave it alone for a few day and re-try with a much smaller amount. Instead of $100, try with $25.

Your repeated attempts to try and send funds getting the "can't send money right now" may result in limitation. Don't try and push it.
