paypal stealth account for buying only
 

Hello guys, I would like to open a new USA paypal account for buying purposes only but there few things I need to know first
The card I will use is issued in the UK, but I can set a US billing address with that card, is it possible to use is?
will paypal ask for SSN even if I will use my account for buying purposes only?

paypal will ask for any ID it wants at any time....

Are you able to consider a UK account instead?

yes I made a UK account, but the currency of the card is USD. every time I buy anything from anywhere paypal charge my card in GBP which will then result in a currency conversion from the bank side which is high, I called them to try and change the currency at which my card is charged but the officer said it's not possible.

it's a card issued by a company named dixipay, I'm orginlly from Libya not uk, and my country is not listed or supported on paypal

so will this work? can i use a card issued in the UK with US billing address in US paypal account
