Changing mailing address while account is limited
 

Hi,

My Non-US paypal account is limited and paypal is asking for photo id + utility bill documents. I am given 30 days to do this and still I can send/receive funds freely as per normal routine. I just spend $1,000+ after that document requirement email.

I want to change mailing address of my paypal so I can arrange utility bill according to new mailing address.

Is this safe to change mailing address at this time or this will create more trouble????

I would say it's possible to change it. And if PP has some issues with it -- you can contact them and say you just moved to a new place.
Or... you can become "creative" with the current address.

I guess your PayPal account might be in serious troubles.

Probably the VPN you are using ringed some alarm.

Hope your money for ID is worth it. How do you call them if you need to?

I think you could go back to the email paypal sent you. It tells what you can or can not do. See if it mentions changing info.
