Add bank to paypal account

I got a security check to days and honestly i could access my phone number .
I just want to add my bank account and withdraw funds . 180days now ending .
Any suggestion .. Many thank .

Not very clear what is going on with your account.

Is it US?

You are at the end of the 180 days and want to add a bank account to withdraw?

Can you access your phone or not?

I do received email explained about withdraw.
Right now i couldnt access original phone number to verify and add my bank account .
Details :
PAYPAL US.
Bank : BOA .

When tried to add my bank account , It stopped me to that and i got security check. Any recommendation ?

not easy to add us bank account to 180 days limited paypal now
