Restricted Stealth Account Requires Tele. Call to Change Bank A/c
 

Hi Folks

I have $2300 sitting in restricted stealth account. PP have advise can withdraw but the bank account was VBA so i removed it and tried to add a new account but unable to do so "service error"
I sent message asking why and reply stated i needed to call paypal and get them to manually add bank account.
Now the account is male from Florida and i am a small Thai girl from BKK so calling is just plain out of the question.
Any suggestions on how to get around this or is my money lost forever in PP blackhole?

Hi,

have you tried adding the bank account via the old interface?

And I think you could find some good people from this forum who could call PP for you. ;)
