Did you get the 180 day message? Are you still in an "appeal window" period?

your best bet is to go to contact the people who sent you the payments and work it out so that you refund them and they send you the funds some other way.

This differernt problem for link new bank in your account.
After 180 days u can get email from paypal about withdraw, but your accounts still restricted, and need send documents if paypal ask this. Maybe 5-10 years ago it work without any problems, 180 days passed, and withdraw funds easy, but now it headache

I don’t wish that PayPal was just one more problem to deal with with a stealth account, they seemed to put temporary holds on money at will or put you on 14 day payments. If your account was suspended it took 180 days to get your money back.

Glad to see the end of it in eBay, now if they permanently suspend your account you get your money back in 60 to 72 days.

Buyers can pay via Paypal, but sellers cannot withdraw their funds to Paypal, as it used to be possible. Only to eBay managed payments system and then to their bank accounts.

Hi, i have a PayPal account in KSA (Saudi Arabia) , and if anyone is familiar with the Middle East PayPal, they only allow 2 withdrawal methods : 1) Withdraw to USA Bank 2) to a Local Credit Card.

unfortunately they are not allowing me to withdraw to USA bank, eventhough i have a USA bank account. is there any expert who can shed light on this?
