eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

Buyers can pay via Paypal, but sellers cannot withdraw their funds to Paypal, as it used to be possible. Only to eBay managed payments system and then to their bank accounts.

Hi, i have a PayPal account in KSA (Saudi Arabia) , and if anyone is familiar with the Middle East PayPal, they only allow 2 withdrawal methods : 1) Withdraw to USA Bank 2) to a Local Credit Card.

unfortunately they are not allowing me to withdraw to USA bank, eventhough i have a USA bank account. is there any expert who can shed light on this?

Hello, in your case I think it is impossible the money would be debited but it would return to your account again and you can limit it

The ability to withdraw funds to a card depends on your country's PayPal policies if it allows withdrawal to a card. I withdrew funds to my brother's card twice from two different PayPal accounts, both of which were limited for over 180 days.

it is an old thread , open a new one

you can withdraw to any card that is accepted by paypal but usually it takes 2-4 months until the card allows withdrawals
