J4G3D | 04-02-2016 04:48 PM | Not as described case...... So sold something directly with paypal (no ebay involved) for 260 GBP. Buyer has been trying to hustle and haggle extra free items with this item via SMS messaging all day. He then sent numerous threats and then decided to open a not as described paypal dispute for the following reasons:
-Different category
-Different design or pattern
-Different model
-colour difference (Severe)
-colour difference (slight
-time of service/travel/event was changed
-missing quantity
-missing parts.
I escalated the dispute to paypal and now i have till 12th april to respond and i have options as follows:
-Issue a full refund and the buyer can keep the items
-Issue the buyer a full refund, he must return the items.
-Offer the buyer a partial refund
-Provide proof the buyer has already been refunded.
-Disagree with the claim.
So 2 years ago a similar thing happened via ebay (a not as described case). And ebay and paypal favoured the buyer and he got a FULL refund and he kept the goods. This is a absolute con, i want to know the BEST WAY from here on so that i get the FULL goods back BEFORE he is refunded. Or he keeps the goods as is.
Ive got endless messages from him saying he wont return the goods, he wants to keep them. But wants to hustle a extra free item from me that was nothing to do with this transaction!.
Someone please guide me the best possible way?
