Paypal balance available but can't spend 1$

Hey everyone!

I recently add money to my account to buy some stuff and I could't pay or send money to anyone.

I contacted the support and they couldn't do anything either after their adjustments and I don't want to keep trying so they can block my account with the money inside.

So I'm asking you, what's the best thing to do?
