Funds released after 127 days
 

Im glad to inform you guys that my funds have been released after 127 days :typing:

I encourage everyone to always speak nicely, empathize with the person you are talking to, and be reasonable.

Here is my experience: I did try to get my 4k back a couple times with no success. But this one time I was so determined to get my money back! I explained very honestly and gave them information about how my account never had issues and they told me they would try to pass it and let the responsible person see my case. My surprise was 3 hours later. DING DING DING... PAYPAL EMAIL TELLING ME MY FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE!!!

They were not going to be released until very last May so im pleasantly surprised.

In my experience, they ONLY release funds after 180 days. And trust me i have been very nice on the phone when calling.

There was ONE time they slowly released funds before 180 days without me even calling. Ie...

Say you received a paypal payment of 500 on 1st jan. You got your account limited on 1st of march. They had released my funds slowly for example the 1st jan transaction was auto released 6 months from the 1st jan so ... as an example 500 was released on 1st of July (before the 180 days from the day the paypal was limited).

Maybe your last payment received was 127 days ago or less, therefore they've held your money for 6 months to cover chargebacks/disputes. Therefore have no reason to hold your money any longer.

Just a thought.

I guess its all about trying to make them feel in your shoes. I personally spoke very nicely and explained my situation and how unfair it was that they closed me down. They agreed and it worked out well as you guys see.

I just wanted to post it to help others know that theres NOTHING defined when it comes to eBay and PayPal. You also might want to give it a try :cheer:

It really wouldnt have been possible without you guys! The ones that are always the firsts to comment and help. You have helped me in so many situations and I have learned so much from this forum that this is not my own win! It really is everyones win! Im sounding very poetic but its true :bounce: :cheer:
