eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Opening Paypal Business Account

Hi Everyone,

I just thought of something that might help me get back onto PayPal.

I just recently had a website built for drop shipping.

I made a business name and had it registered with my State.

My Personal PayPal account got closed permanently back in 2012, I was wondering if i could open a new PayPal Business account and add a Business Bank Account. This Paypal account would be under my business name.

get a new business name, domain, account name, address, ip, new user on your computer, new phone number.

Have you previously used your limited Paypal with that particular domain?

only problem is how would i go about the Address?
