paypal payments security block issue
 

Hi all, I'm writing here as I need help resolving an issue with paypal

I'm getting lots of blocked payments when paying on facebook ads/apps by paypal

I use a single UK company vcc, I can create there unique vcc's numbers (bing is the same tho) but like 6/7 payments get blocked by security and i have to call paypal to override it.

Here is how i create UKpps:
- stealth name
- address copy from some UK bars found on google
- unique uk IP residential
- vcc UK (not AVS) + link card code
- fresh gmail
- fresh VM

I wonder what I could be doing wrong, same thing happens if I make DE pp with this UK vcc, sometimes works but like 1/7, tried also my local cards (not UK, DE country) had same issue

What VCC is it you are using?

I would guess bad IP..

I would suggest checking out eBay Stealth to see what you're doing wrong.

I use prepaidfinancialservices, don't think it's IP as I use residential IPs
