I have problems with send money .
PayPal as me phone verification but no option choice my phone

Let it sit for a few days - 1 week and try sending a smaller amount. Should clear up if you give it time

i have wait few weeks but still the same issue
leave the account because no used of then

Get account to rest or try to trick pp support. They could get you pass through. I have small experience in doing this.

If nothing else fails and you can't withdraw to a Bank. Chances are you won't be able to send payments yet.

If you got money in the account let it sit for a while, and try small amount like $9 and below items, you need to build history, a real phone # would help, and try not sending funds to newbie accounts.
