Paypal for Stealth eBay - non U.S
 

Hi,

I`m currently living in Israel, here you can verify your Paypal account using a credit card or a bank account.

My question is basically if I will use only a credit card to verify will it do it? Or I must have also a bank account linked to it?

Just for an example I have my Paypal linked to the restricted eBay account and I never linked my bank account to it, just a pre-paid visa card and the Paypal is verified.
So what do you think?
