Entropay works well.

Its VISA an 1 year, but does the trick very well.

It will confirm the PayPal after its been verified. Only a bank account will verify a Paypal

If you really want a MasterCard with 3 year htough then have a look in Sainsburys for Vanilla cards

Lots of others about beside that card, but that is the easiest one to get hold of.

You cannot withdraw to a VCC from a UK PayPal

You can from some EU PayPals to some VCCs, but they are getting rarer and rarer by the day

I tested many VCC with UK PP and it easy limited, Only have afew type VCC ok now.

It really depends on how many accounts you are going to be making. If you are going to make 1 or 2 accounts here and there then just pop to your local supermarket and buy a gift card. If you are going to be making loads then something like Neteller. Use real details for neteller and you will need to go through verification.
