Paypal dispute opened against me!!!! Please help me
 

I sell branded goods online (phakes) and the price suggests that also, i usualy get buyers that buy wholesale orders off me at diso****ed prices so they can re sell. i sold items to a seller last month that is based in the uk, (order was approx 4k) and last week the same buyer came back for more so he has paid me for 2 more bulk orders 5k and 4k (total orders 3 = 13k approx)

this seller has now opened a dispute (opened dispute for all 3 transactions caliming that the items are ph*kes and he was not aware of this!!!

i am really worried, what will happen?? i am prepared to refund if i get my goods back but he is not reponding now!

PayPal will NOT require him to return the items, if they believe they are phakes. They WILL refund his money. That is just the way it works. Sorry for the bad news.

I withdrew all the money each time i recievd the payments, so if ive withdran it wil they not be able to take it ?

if you don't have balance in your acc they will refund the seller and then hunt you down with credit agencies etc. especially if we are talking for a big amount..

That why Chinese sellers always want Money Gram or Western Union.

Greed always gets the best of people when it comes to phakes. Chances are he knows what he was buying and is just trying to **** you now.

I have no doubt the buyer placed these huge orders with the sole intention of scamming you. Dealing in phakes is extremely risky for a novice seller. You'll be taking a massive loss on this series of transactions because up to this point, you've handled this situation very poorly.

It is illegal to ship counterfeits even domestically. With this being an international order there is NO WAY Paypal will require the buyer to return anything.

About the P/P balance, they aren't going to just shrug off $13k. If you have an SSN or EIN on file (which I'm almost certain you do if you're receiving payments like this), your debt will be referred to a collections agency. Then if the debt isn't paid your credit score will take a hit.

Your ONLY option at this point is trying to negotiate with the buyer, if you can get them to respond. I once had a case like this and the buyer was actually fairly reasonable. I ended up refunding all the profit I made because the buyer uploaded DHgate listings as proof in Paypal, saying he could have bought the same stuff for half the price.

That is what makes these even more dumb on behalf of the buyer. Firstly getting paid by PayPal for bulk orders of Phake goods then secondly being dumb enough to ship Thousands of dollars worth of product overseas.

I don't support people selling phakes or drugs or any other kind of illegal product. But if you are going to do it, don't be an idiot about it.

As mentioned above, paypal will not require them to send the items back to you. Perhaps you need to reach out to paypal and let them know you are willing to pay the return postage for your items then you would be willing to issue a full refund. Stepping up and contacting paypal might prevent him from getting his money back and keeping the items.

Right. But what is stopping the buyer from just sending back empty boxes? and also, paypal has the whole 'destroy the phakes and youre good' rule.

While its not right what the seller is selling, the buyer seems to have done his homework.

Done admit to them being phakes. Stand your ground and say they are indeed real and paypal will require him to ship the items back. Now the question is; Is the "scammer" (I say that loosely) willing to break the law also by shipping back the phakes or sending bricks.... Who has the bigger balls is the scenario here.

If this scammer is as good as he sounds, he will just upload photos showing everything has matching serial #'s. Case closed, buyer keeps product.

We don't know what the item is so it may not have serial numbers... Plus, I would call him out for trying to scam me with phake pictures. It becomes a he said she said situation and paypal will default to shipping items back.

It's a dog eat dog world, the "buyer" knew most likely the items were phakes and bought them knowing they could pull a fast one on the OP (Seller). The OP should expect these types of situations to happen and be prepared to get scammed by someone smarter.
