Do you need to add SSN on Paypal?
 

I already had my SSN linked to my limited Paypal account.
If i make a stealth, i wouldn't be able to add my SSN right?
Is it necessary to add one?

No, it's not necessary. You can use an EIN in place of an SSN if you need to.

And dont anything until youre actually asked to do so. This usually happens around the time you get to $20,000 in annual sales (or projected to reach that) - unless you get yourself limited prior and are actually asked for this info (in which case I would dump the account anyway and move on).
By spreading your sales across multiple account you can avoid the SSN issue altogether. Never reach $20,000 per account and if one gets limited its easy to move on since you have all the other accounts running.
