2. Round-trip Time (the one-way latency from source to destination plus the one-way latency from the destination back to the source)

Clock Skew, Clock Drift, Network Latency are three different things and not related to each other.

The remote host responded with a TCP timestamp. The TCP timestamp response can be used to approximate the remote host's uptime, potentially aiding in further attacks. Additionally, some operating systems can be fingerprinted based on the behavior of their TCP timestamps.

Live Demo at witch.valdikss.org.ru and it got my uptime exactly, note that this database not updated since 2014 so Commerical tools much better than WITCH.
