Are you getting a monthly release limit? Meaning the first amount (up to a certain point) are immediately available?

Every new business account gets a monthly release limit. They've been discussed on here and that policy has been in place for years. Paypal calculates your release amount based on how risky they see you when you first start selling.

Release amounts really suck because unlike a regular Ebay hold, uploading tracking has no effect on how quickly money is released. You can actually have eBay holds + a release limit on a brand new business account.

They dont always get that. I just opened one that had the typical, confirm identity, sell 5 items, $250 sales and 60 days.
