Paypal glitch?
 

Does anyone know why the option to make an Electronic Funds Transfer would not be available for a transaction? What causes this and is there a way to correct it? Is it based on the amount of money or something else? Has anyone else noticed this before, and is it just a glitch in the Paypal system?

Mines working fine. It was probably a glitch. Paypal is known for their software to break at the worst times. At least for me.

I still haven't figured out what's wrong. A glitch should have been repaired by now. When there is no money in the account, the options to send are only by e-check and credit card. No instant transfer. I cross checked this on a couple of accounts so it's not just one. Is there some setting that needs to be adjusted here so I'll have that option back?
