Can't update bank account on limited Paypal
 

So one of my stealth accounts was limited over 180 days ago and my funds are now eligible for withdraw. The problem is Paypal won't let me add a bank account. I keep getting the error message that: Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank.

I've tried a couple different accounts, none of which are used on any other Paypal accounts. Since it's a stealth account it's not in my name so I don't think I can request a check. How do I get my funds?

Have you tried calling them and have them add the bank account manually ?

Which bank? What browser you using OP?

Try signing out,
Clearing your cache etc.

Try different browsers.

Then if still no luck, consider calling in to have the account added manually.

I would try the first suggestions over a couple of days.

Sounds like you might be trying to use a blacklisted bank.
What bank are you trying to add?

this has nothing to do with blacklisted banks or caches or anything on our end

paypal has changed their policies and adding a bank after limitation is extremely difficult now

there are other options, some have reported success with calling even though I have not, so its best to keep the original bank active to successfully withdraw when the funds are ready

you can send id and they will allow you to add the bank though. Am i right? someone should be able to attest to this.

Yeah looks like your best bet may be to just call them, I've had them manually add banks in the past

Same problems in my 5 accounts.
