ebay/paypal "payment processesing"

i purchased a game code off of ebay and payed through ebay with my stealth account this morning. Balance was taken off and paypal payment says "completed" however on ebay it says "payment is processing will notify when shipped". I called the ebay user's store and they said they cant send because it is processing. any ideas?

Probably on Under Review by Paypal or Temporary Hold. Should clear up in the next 24-48 hours.

Yep, PayPal suspects something is iffy with your account.. so they put the payment on hold for review.. maybe something to do with how the account was created.
