How to pay with cc funds not pp
 

Is there a way to purchase something but pay with cc funds and not pp balance?
If i pay with pp balance my acc would be empty (i've heard this is bad)

How big is the purchase? Is your pp verified?

I only use cc for purchases via pp...

I never had any problem leaving my PayPal (IT) with 0 balance on it.

It might depend on the "health" and trust gained by your account but I do not see any drawback in spending funds on a PayPal balance.

I have never seen the possibility to drive a purchase on CC rather than on the account itself.

Paypal balance is always first. Paypal says if you don't want to use balance then withdraw it!

Yes pp is around 4-5 months old and verified.
So you guys think is safe to spend it all? It's not a big sum (less than 100$)

Add your cc to the account and use it as funding source - it's fine to do

If you have balance in the PayPal then as far as I know that is where the money will come from first, with a VCC topping up anything extra when it's set as the primary source

Leaving a 0 balance should not cause any problems.
