Verify PP with temporary cards
 

Hi,

Some banks give you temporary cards (they call them virtual cards) to shop safely on the internet. Those virtual numbers are attached to your real card and last a few days.
You can get as many as you want -you get them online on your bank personnal webspace).

Can you use those virtual cards to verify stealth PP accounts? Is there a risk they link those virtual cards to the real card I've already used with another account ?

Tested by me on an Italian account they works just fine.

No, they cannot be linked. Works exactly like any other personal credit card.

Prepaid Phones from Major Carriers work. If you use a VOIP for Ebay it will most likely give you a 0/$0.

Voice or whatsoever + VoIP are big "no-no's" both for eB & PP. Info.

Yes virtual cards often work nicely for ebay and pp. Should be no linakge issues as the card details are completely different ant PP doesnt see name on card
