hello every one
i will start here n try to explain a problem happ to while im trying to make a payment in ebay ,,,,,,,it seems most of pp members have this problem ...
in 2014 i created a pp account from sanction country which not supported by pp. let me say 4 example create an Egyptian account while you are in iraq
after i created that account n i added my cell# pp called me n said to me u r in country which nt supported by pp ......i tired to explain to them n then they said ok ...
i have been working with that account for 2 years no problem at all
last week pp asked me for my papers so i sent the papers but my fault was that my accounts name not same my passport name ....they limited that account
now
im trying to create new account as the old one every things were fine verified cc confirmed but
after the 1st payment in ebay the problems start to appear
ebay still asking me to go to pp to confirm my cc while its confirmed
payment under 11$ is allowed but payment 60$ or 50$ not allowed
pp said our internal security system blocked your payment cuz u r in sanction country !!!
i cant believe them
does anyone knw how to sove this problem plz ?
cookies cleared also i tried with another browser ...tried to add new cc n confirm it but the problem still exist
i bought vpn ...it seems pp knws alot about vpn ..they said to me u r in tripoli using hosting !! :))
im really feel crazy i have seller who r waiting me n they only accept pp !!!! '

VPN is the right approach but you are using a crappy one. Get somethin like 24vc.com or get in touch with 123 in the marketplace
