paypal dispute for item not as described
 

Hi awhile back I sold a phone on ebay and the phone was sold as is no refunds as a broken phone cause the screen was out on it which I listed that it needed a new lcd screen to work! well I sell it on ebay to some jackhole in another country and he gets it and runs to paypal and opens a dispute saying the phone has different gb size then stated and saying theres parts missing and the bstrds at paypal puts a hold on my money and said they would review the case and get back to me around april 20th well they never did my money is still held and haven't heard anything else about it so I'm taking it paypal is going to steal my money and I will be with out the phone and money. Any one ever have paypal do this and not give your money back or even let u know what they decied.

You need to contact them via phone at this point. I never do emails its best to call them yourself directly.
