if i was to use a friends info for paypal, except i want to use my bank info , is that okay?
i would be using his address , phone number , email and also his name or should it be my name to match the bank info.??

Horrible idea and not at all stealth and could be identity theft.

I like the name Mike Smith, John Conners, Jane Brown for a few examples of names you can make up.

I wouldn't use your friends info they may want to have a good PP for something besides eBay , just create a stealth and use your bank account

But oh the stealth guide , it says its okay to use a friends name, DOB, and address . and to change the name slightly ?

Forget that really bad idea in the guide.

How is using someones elses details a good idea?

What happens if you have a falling out?
What happens if you mess up and get his details banned forever?
What happens during tax time and your friend gets a 1099K?

Be smart with these decisions. It makes no sense at all involving other people in your business and absolutely in no way needed.

okay to clarify a little more, i have 2 ebay accounts made about a month ago, with my friends info, and want to use them to sell but i dont have any paypal.

How else do i make a stealth paypal acc? that was the easiest option for me

Your ebay accounts without a paypal are worthless.

Make up a name, find an empty house address, get a phone number such as a prepaid, new email, new user account on your PC, new IP address, Vanilla GIFT CARD, type it into ebay and paypal, confirm email, confirm phone number, confirm credit card.

Done.

Not only that, but if you made two ebay accounts with the exact info, they are forever linked.

You dont even need access to the address. You can use a PO box for returns etc... Tons of available addresses in every zip code.

But everything in in the guide and it really is as simple as I just made it out to be.
