What do I do on a return
 

Okay, this lady has taken me for a ride and couldn't quite understand what I was saying, apparently.... She was going to buy three items from me and by the time she got back to me I only had 2 left, keep in mind they're very heavy to ship that's why I was giving her a deal. Well now after she became confused because I told her I would go down on the price because I only had, say a "Bird cage and a bag of food" left. She paid right then, so I assumed she knew there was no way she'd get it that cheap. she opened a not as described case because I told her I'd give her a refund minus shipping because it did cost a lot and she went on to say cant I just send her another one "like ordered" and give me the extra in cost.... lol, that's not how it works because even shipping one of the items would have been as much as I made from it, really, her getting it cheaper than what I paid.
So now I'm stuck, as she opened a PayPal case on me because I didn't want to refund the shipping, but now I'm like whatever, the thing is its a stealth address. I'm not going to refund her and let her keep it, would it be okay to change the address to my neighbor and not mine, of course. I'm so frustrated, this is not cheap items, what are my options, please and thanks....:noidea:

She went through PayPal and not eBay also

Maybe give her the discount to keep her happy and for next time, keep your customers informed and let them know of any changes, especially when money is concerned.

Or, you can try the neighbour thing but if it goes wrong, you loose everything.

I did let her know and I have all the messages to prove it.

I couldn't deal with the stress and swallowed my pride requested what we initially settled around and took a loss. But it's better than being stressed, I have enough going on as it is. But thank you 😘
