Buyers can't pay to me
 

Hello. When buyesr try to pay to my paypal for their purchases they got this issue: We can not send your payment now. If this problem persists, please contact PayPal. That happened with a few stealths of mine. They called to paypal and they said that everything is ok with their account. There is something wrong with mine stealth paypals. Have you ever had this issue?

Do you mind telling me a bit more info about the accounts, please.

They are ~1 month age, created with Germany VPN's.

First payments comes from 50 EUR to 150 EUR

If the paypals are not trusted by paypal, then your sales could be delayed.

Bank account attached or vcc or anything?

How long the sales can be delayed? Maybe after a few weeks I will be able to receive the payments without any problems? It will be fixed automatically or what, because I can't reach them by phone..

I have addded vcc to German paypal accounts. Everytime everything was fine, only now 3 of 7 paypal accounts have this issue. Maybe I should wait a longer than 5-7 days after the first payment is received?

It seems that a lot of new paypal accounts have been having issues sending money to other new paypal accounts. By "NEW" I mean less than 1 year old. I think we are in the midst of another paypal security transition phase again. I think you will have a hard time getting the proper answer this soon.

I highly doubt that. The way that paypal closes accounts on the fly taking peoples money. There not going to restrict every account thats younger than a year.

Espeicaly with the record number of people signing up for paypal in this new information age.

In the next 5 years, you won't even have to drive to a grocery store anymore. It will all get delivered to you. Everythings digital

Amazons just started there own delivery company.

Everyone is going to shop online. It will get cheaper and cheaper, although inflation might account for that in the next 7-10 year stretch. By then 80% of ALL shopping online would be exclusively online.

Paypal's already been sued for limiting accounts, they don't want to get into anymore hot water.

This happened to me one buyer was telling me how they could not get there payment to go through, sending me a message "paypal finally let the payment though"

This was last month. And his account was fairly new. Mine was 6 months old.
