US bank for non citizens

can anyone help?

So Im from australia and bought a paypal and ebay account from someone on here and I opened up a payoneer account and put all the information into paypal.
i waited the 2 days for the 2 direct deposits to make my paypal account 100%
but today i just opened paypal to put in the 2 direct deposits into paypal but it looks like paypal does not accept payoneer anymore because it says “sorry we are unable to link that bank because its disabled. Please try another bank”

is there anything that will give me a USA virtual bank that paypal will accept and let me transfer the funds into my Australian bank account like payoneer?

or even a American Bank for internationals that i can link to paypal?

Try calling PayPal and giving them the bank information over the phone. That was a solution a little while back for payoneer accounts.

You can contact BMO-Harris bank - they have been friendly to me as a non-US citizen...I would expect that you could get an account setup and mail in your ID documents.

You can c to see if any Australian banks do business in the US. In many cases if they do they will allow you top open a US based bank account as well.
HSBC is an international bank that has branches in many countries - that's a good bank to look into if theyre available in Australia.

Real downer, slokor.

One bank will offer you any and all access to a US account.

They ask for AU$50,000 deposit.

Rest are no better. I enquire every few months to check.
