If I purchase a verified UK Ebay&PP, will I need a UK bank account to withdraw?
 

Just wondering whether I can use any country's banks to withdraw or whether it has to be in the same country as my PayPal.

If you have no UK bank account, you could use a US bank.

For a UK PayPal you need either a UK bank or a US bank account

UK banks are pretty easy to get EU wide these days.

If you are based in Germany then it would be easy to get a UK bank account

If you are not based in Germany please change your flag to your actual location

Why not say precisely what you want to do?

Along the lines of I live in .....(put your country). How can I get and run ebay accounts in ......fill in the countries.

I'm merely temporarily in Central America, but I'd like to work with a Belizean bank account but sell within Europe.

You would not be able to add one directly to any EU PayPal. It's just not going to be possible.
