Best way to set up LLC

With setting up a LLC, where is most setting up LLC's at? I looked at quickcorp setting up in Wyoming. Im looking for a low cost way to setup. Quick corp charge $139

Im going to open a business account at Bank of America. They need Business tax ID , is that the EIN?

https://www.incfile.com/ - one option

Some banks will require EIN + articles of organization with your name on the papers. Some banks just require the EIN + proof of articles of organization

It's $110 in my state to incorporate, and I don't use any 3rd party. I obtain an EIN from irs.gov, then go to the business one-stop website for my state to file articles of incorporation.

Easy peasy...

So the basic silver plan for $49 will work?

Sure, for $500.00.

No but really though, it's really simple. A "Business one-stop" website it set up by individual states to allow for online registration of new businesses. On one of the one-stop sites you can do anything from register your business, to file for a retail license.

I don't know what state you are in, and I'm not particularly comfortable sharing my location, but here are some examples of business one-stop sites for various states.

Business One Stop - Lifecycles | NH Business One Stop

Ohio.gov | Business | Starting a Business

Business One Stop

I don't know where you live but you will end up paying more if you use that third party site to register. There's really no need because every state makes it very simple to register a business. Those third party sites exist only to make a quick buck off of a simple process.

Keep in mind you will be paying that $49 + whatever it costs in your state to file AOI.

I was 20 when I registered my 1st business. It's not hard.
