Canadian PayPal in U.S.
 

I'm reading a lot of stuff on other forums and it seems as though a Canadian PayPal is really worth it (no SSN!).

I have access to scans of Canadian passport, drivers license, bill scans, diploma scans, identify card scans. And a lot more. Obviously these are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ but I heard PayPal just looks at it and doesn't actually verify if it's real. (maybe I'm wrong)

My only concern is personal bank account. Could I sign up for HSBC and link it to my Canadian PayPal? I live in the U.S.

What else would I need? Tonight I'm going to buy the stealth guide from Aspkin but I want some people's opinions. Because I feel like there are huge flaws in my plan but I'm not sure.

So do you plan to have a Canadian Ebay with Canadian PayPal? Will you be using a VPN with Canadian IP? Not 100% sure but I believe you have to call in to get a US Bank added to Canadian PayPal....but again, I'm not 100% sure.

Yes I plan on having a Canadian eBay and PayPal. I will also be using a VPN with Canadian IP.

Stop paying attention to rumors about paypal does or does not do with scans.

You will trip yourself up.

paypal decide your account has issues they will zap it regardless of what you supply.

If it's a US account, these days you may have difficulty to auto-link it...you may have to call to PP and ask to add it manually.

You can alternatively speak to HSBC and get a Canadian-based account. It's not so straightforward but it is doable.
