180days payapl can not add bank to withdraw money

hi guy

my US paypal is limited over 180 days now. but I got a info "An unknown service error occurred" when I try to add bank to withdraw money.
any help will BE appreciative

What bank account is it your trying to add?

If it was previously added to another paypal, or if error continues to persist, call Paypal. They should be able to add it for you effortlessly.

my new bank is BOA,because it is a stealth account so I do not want to call paypal yet.
for paypal limited I can add bank and card.but it is a error when I do .

Try different browser, try deleting cookies, try after 72 hours. If all else fails, you may have to call in.
