Multiple PayPal accounts

As eBay And PayPal have now parted company
Would it be possible to have multiple PayPal accounts using your real name and details to get past verification,and then use different user I.Ds for each account to Create numerous stealth eBay accounts?

No I guess it would not be very safe.

My opinion is that eBay and PayPal are still exchanging information...

No, they will still be exchanging info, may always continue to do that for all we know, it is impossible to say exactly what will happen in the future. But wise advice on this forum is always to not try anything like this because of the high risk of losing any accounts you created through linking.

Not worth the risk. You never know what ebay and paypal will do. Don't risk your business possibilities.
