PP closed my account (amazon to ebay dropshipping)
 

Hi,

I have a business paypal, after a few days I was earning around 100€ per day from my amazon to ebay activity. Everything legal.

2 days ago they asked me to send them all the usual stuff, ID, supplier bills, customer bills, utility bill. I sent them all of this.

Then they told me on the phone my activity was too risky for them so they closed the account...

So funny :(

So for you to know they don't appreciate dropshipping from amazon to ebay, even if it's legal.

They can frown on dropshipping if it's so apparent and risky items are involved.

I am guessing you used the same pp to sell and use funds to buy from the dropshipper? It might be worth considering (if you wish to do this again), to use DIFFERENT pp's - one to sell and one to buy with your dropshipper...just saying.

Another thing - did you have such a high volume of payments received before you started this business? If the volume just jumped like that in a couple of weeks that would raise a red flag with paypal. Need to do it more gradually.

I only sold 4 vaccum cleaner and one kitchen stuf. Total, around 400€.

I was able to withdraw 200€ to my bank account but then a few days after they blocked the account.

I was using this account only to receive the money from ebay sales. I didn't use it to buy stuff (on amazon I can't pay via paypal n my country by the way)

This account was one month old.

I'm disappointed because I didnt think this activity (buying from amazon and selling on ebay) was risky to them. It's a legal job so they kind of abuse their status I think. Misery.

On which platform are you operating for paypal - usa? or ...?

Please explain how you access and setup your accounts - vpn, etc?

French paypal, I was operating it from a fresh vps that I know was not used before for ebay/paypal stuff.

Anyway paypal clearly stated that the activity was risky for them, so the reason why they blocked the account is not related to the account itself.

I'm going to reach them via facebook and try to get the account reopened, explaining I was doing everything legally

In fact it s not closed yet because I can log into it, but it is restrained

A friend told me I was probably banned because my invoices were dated after the sale on eBay. eBay and paypal doesn't like it when you sell stuff without having it in hand if you're a small operation.

That's a good reason indeed, but that means you can't do dropshipping with paypal.

So I am wondering if it is worth it to open another stealth account and do the same (dropshipping from amazon to ebay) because the will ban me the same way after a few operations...
