PayPal Unable to add Credit Card
 

So i'm having this problem. Can't add credit card to my account. Everytime i try to i get error saying something like this "We can not process your credit card at the moment.. please try again". I've been trying for days but nothing.

Even if i enter wrong CVV, there will be the same error so in fact it seems like paypals system is blocking me from adding the card.

Any solution? I am using a public VPN if that might be the problem? Which one should i use

Welcome to the forum.

1st question: is the address of the cc the same as the one you are using on your pp account?

2nd question: how much funding is on your cc?

3rd question: is it a real cc or gift cc...vcc?

4th statement: Please do NOT use public vpn for pp - you could find yourself blocked VERY quickly - not good for the health of the accounts. Get your own IP...whether home IP, mobile phone tethering, dongle...so many BETTER options than public VPN.

Hello, yes i bought the vcc from someone on there and the address is supposed to same.
There is enough funds on the vcc (3eur i think)
It's a vcc

Not to mention, i bought 1 vcc before and i've had SAME problem, tried hundred times and then suddenly it worked once.


I believe it's paypals security system blocking me due to VPN and things... it's a long time limited PP so i can't get worse than limited i thought... Can't use my home IP already banned, not sure where to buy private VPN or something though.

A public VPN could well be the issue

Have you looked into the IP your using to see if its been abused?

What exactly are you trying to do to a limited account?
Could you expand on that.

This is happening more and more on Paypal. I've had approx. 5 times (out of well over 100 accounts) with a variety of different VCCs and gift cards.

People have been pointing fingers at Entropay but it is only because Entropay is so widely used on Paypal that more people are reporting problems when trying to add a card.

I believe it is a site issue / glitch as opposed to an issue with an specific card type (or indeed IP address being used).

OP, either use a different card all together or try adding the card using a different browser.

The PayPal is limited for long time now and i am trying to take the money and ****ing run home. But it won't let me do that.

:o does entropay work with PayPal? I tried it years ago and it didn't.


Well the point is i was unable to add the other vcc as well, but after many unsuccessful attempts it worked once at sudden. So it's not the vcc problem.

I'm not in the UK. And if anyone could suggest a good VPN for such purpose...

@skrzat123, are you following other stealth principles such as new user account, new phone, new e-mail, etc?

Yes i received the email that my funds are available for withdrawal, but i don't have any cc/bank linked, and when i am trying to link the VCC i get error "Error we can not process your credit card at the moment.. please try again later" (or something like that).

Tried hundreds of time now..
